EDS Engineer

My client is seeking an experienced EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) Engineer on a contract basis, with a strong background in Arcadia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical distribution systems (EDS) for automotive applications.
• Utilize Arcadia software to create and manage EDS designs and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure EDS designs meet technical and safety requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to validate EDS designs.
• Identify and resolve design issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of EDS designs, modifications, and testing.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the automotive industry, specifically in EDS engineering.
• Strong background in using Arcadia software for EDS design and development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in EDS engineering or related fields are a plus.
