BMS Project Manager / Engineer

If so, then you are in the right place! I am currently looking for a mid-senior level BMS Project Manager / Engineer for a new contract in the South of the UK.

• BMS Project Manager OR Engineer
• 6 Month Contract
• Outside of IR35
• Daily Rate DOE
• Sites all based in Central London
• Option for 1-2 days remote working

Experience:

• Must have a strong BMS background
• Good understanding of the full BMS project life-cycle
• Being able to assist with design, software & graphics would be advantageous
• Experience in producing DesOps (Description of Operations) & Points Schedules/Points Lists
• Programme Planning
• A strong understanding of the commercial aspects of Project Management
• A good understanding of HVAC & mechanical plant
• Willingness to help with Commissioning, Service, Software & Graphics
• Experience in handling multiple projects at once
• 50k-500k value minimum
• Trend, EcoStruxure, Distech OR Tridium Experience
