Location: Nationwide

Salary: £38k basic + commission

The Regional Sales Representative reports directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for actively developing and growing the market by identifying and selling to both strategic customers such as large construction contractors and smaller scale construction customers. Duties include achieving quarterly and annual sales targets and growing the SITECH Technology Dealer's market share in the Trade Area.

The successful Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute a Sales Strategy for the area which meets the agreed objectives using all the tools available
  • Ensure regular communication with existing and potential clients
  • Ensure that all proposals are created correct and efficiently
  • Actively engage with the customers to ensure that any potential sales opportunities are not missed and they are receiving the best package that suits their needs
  • Design, implement and manage framework agreements for specific customers.
  • Develop and improve commercial, technical and applications competence to remain a trusted advisor to customers.

The successful Regional Sales Representative will have the following:

  • Ability to build relationships with client quickly and effectively
  • Communication and interpersonal awareness
  • Excellent Sales skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Sound judgement and business sense
  • Excellent ERP Skills
  • Degree in either Sales, Marketing or Engineering
  • As solid technical background
  • 2+ Years of technical sales experience
  • Awareness of P&L accounting
